Responsibilities

• US tax return filing of Individuals and Corporates having income across the US and other countries
• Working on matters relating to inheritance/estate tax planning
• Preparation of financial statements of the US companies as per US GAAP and IFRS
• Preparing replies and/or drafting written submissions to various notices/letters/correspondences received from various Authorities including the IRS
